Early 20s female, underwent liposuction and fat transfer to buttocks (Brazilian butt lift) by another surgeon previously. Patient came to me for a revision because she noted significant contour irregularities to the love handle area from the previous liposuction and an asymmetry of the buttocks with more upper fullness of on her left buttocks than on her right. I performed liposuction to her arms, back, love handles, inner thighs and fat transfer to right buttocks for symmetry.
